You provide your print ready image file(s) as specified for the product you are ordering. Your image is exactly as you wish it to print.
You may submit your image file(s) at any time to be inspected for usability on the product you are ordering.
You place your complete order by emailing or calling our office.
A complete order includes: ship to address, quantity, color(s) of Motorcycle Coasters®, color(s) of imprint, credit card bill to address, credit card number, expiration date, CVV number, imprint message, and event date (if required).
We create your sales order listing the specific cost for your order, including shipping and any other applicable charges. The sales order will specify estimated ship date and all other necessary information for the product you are ordering.
We email the sales order to you, along with your approved imprint image file.
You inspect and reply with your approval or any changes that need to be made.
Upon your approval, your credit card is charged for the order and the production timetable is initiated.
Within 10-15 work days from approval (or sooner, if necessary, for your event and as agreed to by us) your imprinted Motorcycle Coasters® are shipped to you.
