Imprinted, in one color of ink, in one of our 4 typestyles in a continuous clockwise circle, with or without your center imprint, or from your camera ready artwork.
Black ink is not available on Blue Coasters. White ink is not available on Yellow Coasters.


STANDARD TYPESTYLES: Specify style number when ordering. If no style is specified, #4 will be used.

PLEASE READ ALL ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

IMAGE AREA: Maximum 2 7/8" diameter circle.

COPY RESTRICTIONS: NO SCREENS. Minimum element/line size is 1/2 point.

ARTWORK: We want the best possible image to print on your Motorcycle Coasters™. Your crisp, clean, black & white original camera ready artwork can be used at no additional charge. Artwork that does not comply with our standards (black & white, approved file extensions) is not likely to be functional and will delay production of your custom-imprinted Motorcycle Coasters™. The quality of our printing can only be as good as the artwork you provide.

CAMERA READY ARTWORK IS:
1. ALWAYS BLACK & WHITE, NO GRAY TONES (SCREENS) OR COLORS.
2. “Hard copy”: a flat, sharp, solid black image on white medium (paper, slick, glossy) that is generated by either 1) a quality laser printer, 2) process camera or 3) pasted up.
3. Complete art, including all graphics and/or text, sized to specifications, provided exactly as you want your image printed on your Motorcycle Coasters™. No screens. No colors.
4. Ready to photograph or scan directly to film without manipulation or re-sizing of any kind.

CAMERA READY ARTWORK IS NOT:
1. Fax copies.
2. Photocopies.
3. Any existing printed material you may have (to include but not limited to: business cards, letterhead stationery, magazine cut-outs, newspaper art, website images, etc.).
4. Stapled, creased or folded in any way.

If your provided artwork has more than one color in the image, it is not camera ready art. If your provided artwork is generated in any color other than solid black on a white medium, it is not camera ready art.

Your art can be combined with our typesetting (i.e. the art you provide us is the center imprint, and, at no extra charge, we would typeset the information you want in the outer circle). Or, your art can be used as a complete image sized to fit the maximum 2 7/8" image area. Construction and/or manipulation of art, including resets, and including, but not limited to author's changes and/or copy different from the original order: $50.00/hour, minimum charge: $15.00.

TYPESETTING: No charge for one of our 4 typestyles shown, set in a continuous clockwise circle. Opposing type add $15.00. Letters are nominally 1/4" tall, becoming smaller and/or closer together with more copy. For maximum size, forty-five (45) characters and spaces, or less, are recommended. (60 characters is maximum allowed.) All other typesetting at minimum charge of $15.00, $50.00/hour.

CENTER IMPRINT: Maximum 2 1/8" diameter to outside edge of your art. Minimum strike/element/line size is 1/2 point. You may use the Motorcycle Coaster™ Logo at no additional charge, or you may provide your own black & white, camera ready artwork sized to maximum 2 1/8" diameter, with the artwork's orientation instructions relative to the outer circle of type which we provide. All service charges apply to additional work other than our outer circle of type and the positioning of your provided black & white, camera ready artwork.

ELECTRONIC ART: E-mail to sales@crownadv.com. Please call to confirm receipt of artwork. Our art services are IBM compatible platform. All artwork must be saved at actual reproduction size not to exceed 2 7/8" diameter for outer circle and/or 2 1/8" diameter for center imprint. All electronic art must be black & white, line art (vector art) and meet our imprint specifications. Minimum strike/element/line size is 1/2 point. Please review Artwork guidelines above. All service charges apply to additional work. Fax proof and approval required on all electronic art. Electronic art is NOT accepted on Rush Orders.

FILE EXTENSIONS & FILE FORMATS: Our art services are IBM compatible platform. File extensions must be .ai, .eps, or .pdf. We cannot accept artwork created in another program and converted to the above formats. Non-functional art will delay the processing of your order..

SET-UP CHARGE: $40.00.

PROOFS: One courtesy proof provided at no charge, 3-5 work days from receipt of functional art and complete order information. E-mail Proofs: $5.00 additional. Production Lead Time begins day of approved proof return. Each additional proof: $15.00.

COPY CHANGE: At time of proof: $15.00; during production: $75.00.

SPEC SAMPLES: $125.00.

INK COLOR CHANGE: $35.00.

SPECIAL INK COLOR: $120.00.

PACKAGING: Bulk. Special packaging is not available.

NORMAL SHIPPING: FedEx Ground, insured. No C.O.D. Approximately 7 lbs./100 pieces. Third Party FedEx Billing: add $15.00 USD.
